Drosera bicolor

D. bicolor is an erect species of bronze-green to rust colour. A basal rosette is always well developed before the stem will emerge later in the season. The probably most unique feature of this species is the red dot on the white petals. D. bicolor is the only species among the tuberous drosera which has such a bi-coloured flower.
The tubers are red and usually not larger than 5 mm.
