Drosera browniana

A lovely rosetted species with beautiful pale pink flowers which open for several days and close during the nights.
The tubers are red in colour and especially those of smaller plants often have a quite typical, lenghty shape. Older tubers may be covered by dark papery sheaths from previous year's tubers.

Plant at the end of the flowering season. The pollinated flowers now have swelling seed pods whereas the non-pollinated flowers blacken.
